Superior Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and upholstery cleaning in the Treasure Valley, the Wood River Valley, and surrounding areas of Idaho. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or by text. All appointments are subject to confirmation by Superior Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive direct confirmation from our team.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to technician availability, weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly in the event of any scheduling change.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to apply this fee at our discretion.
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided as an estimate based on the information you supply at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed on-site, including square footage, soil level, number of vents, or other factors. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated to you before work begins.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service.
6. Satisfaction & Service Concerns
We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about the quality of service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at (208) 989-2999 so we can make it right. We do not offer refunds but will work with you to address any legitimate service concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
Superior Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to carpets, flooring, upholstery, ductwork, or HVAC systems. We are not liable for damage caused by conditions that were not disclosed at the time of booking, including but not limited to loose seams, worn fibers, fragile materials, or deteriorating ductwork.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. SMS & Text Message Communications
